- Call or text us at (307) 880-2912. If no answer, leave a text asking for a callback. We strive to return calls within a few hours. Same with emails on the "contact us" page.

Can I purchase only the video?
- Unfortunately not. You must purchase the whole package to receive the video. The additional labor and forest service fees required of us to shoot and produce the video make this necessary.

Are the photos digital or prints? How will I receive them?
- The photos are high resolution digital images captured on high end professional equipment. After purchase you will receive a link to download the images to your device. You are welcome to print the photos at your preferred printing vendor if you desire.

I can't find my download link. What should I do?
- First, search your inbox as well as spam/junk mail for Snake River Photo. If you still can't find it, email us with your name and approximate date of purchase and we'll resend it. Email us at manager@snakeriverphoto.com
